Valentines gifting Experience

Origami Fold
I think it’s one of my favorite projects because in the sense that i was able to make a lot with a single heart origami fold itself. It escalate everything that started as a cd pocket back in 2015 right now it become an actual packaging project. I wanted to make something amazing for valentines.

Playlist because CD’s are not around as previous years and everything is online I’ve decided to make a playlist on Spotify “Valentines Gifting Experience“ where there are 14 songs on Valentines.

Origami Wall poster once folded, following the 12 steps, it also is a pocket and where the cd goes inside.

1. DIY die-lines were originally made in Illlustrator with every dimension then precisely cut in a CNC.
2 Bottom left where the idea started with a mock made of paper that fit perfectly with origami fold poster.
3. The corners were sanded-off in a 45 degree angle then glued the edges.
4. CD booklet on the top right along with 14 songs. “Gifting Experience Playlist” available on Spotify.

Decided not to paint and keep it as a natural look.

For instance the cover it can be a Ferrero Chocolate packaging.

Meanwhile working for WestRock.LLC a display development and manufacture company I’ve decided to extent the project to make it using the same idea with a different material such as corrugated (cardboard), Following the same die-line (origami fold) where the solid black lines gets cuts and the red cut-off lines get scored.
